1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ClubChamp ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a service owned and operated by Gridbits LLC. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

ClubChamp is a career and technical education (CTE) mastery platform designed to help students prepare for competitive events through adaptive testing, performance analytics, and educational resources. These Terms govern your use of all features, services, and content provided by Gridbits LLC.

2. Account Access and Security

2.1 Account Provisioning

Accounts on ClubChamp are not open to the general public. Access is restricted to authorized students and advisors. Accounts are provisioned based on chapter rosters provided by verified Chapter Advisors. You do not need to provide a personal email address or create a password to register; your identity is verified via your unique DECA/Student ID.

2.2 Credential Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your DECA/Student ID
• Protecting access to the authentication links sent to your verified contact method
• Notifying your advisor immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your ID
• Ensuring you log out of your account after each session on shared devices

Gridbits LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

2.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow others to use your Student ID to access the Platform. Violation of this policy affects the integrity of chapter data and may result in account suspension.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use ClubChamp solely for educational purposes, including:

• Taking practice tests and reviewing performance analytics
• Accessing educational study guides and resources
• Participating in chapter leaderboards and gamified learning

4.1 Gridbits LLC Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gridbits LLC. This includes:

• The "Test Blueprint" algorithms and adaptive testing logic
• Proprietary question banks and answer explanations
• ClubChamp brand assets, logos, and visual design
• Software code and underlying infrastructure

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

4.2 User Submissions

You retain ownership of any written work (e.g., practice manuals, scripts) you submit for grading. However, by submitting such content, you grant Gridbits LLC a non-exclusive license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing feedback and analytics.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Gridbits LLC is committed to protecting student data. We do not sell student data and we comply with standard educational privacy practices. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use data.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

6.1 Educational Tool Disclaimer

ClubChamp is a supplementary study tool. Gridbits LLC does not guarantee specific results on official CTE exams or competitions. Your success depends on individual effort and study habits.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gridbits LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of theCommonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
